Flash Discover Transfers Terms & Conditions

From 9a.m. to 7p.m., 7 days per week.
Bookings must be done 24h prior the day of the transfer(departure/arrival).
We only accept cancellation 24h before the transfer (departure/arrival). Otherwise Flash Discover will not refund the client.
The client must be present at the right time and pick-up place, according to the booking, otherwise, the company will not responsible for any refund.
Will only be accepted in writing and sent to FlashDiscover with the limit of 10 days after the accomplishment of the transfer. No complaints will be accepted due to delays before or during the transfer caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, mechanical failure, etc).
The complaints can only be accepted to the services suppliers (hotels, tour guides, local agents, etc.) once reported during the trip or before your departure with a complaint´s letter.
Each passenger will responsible for it´s own personal valuables and must respect the safety regulatios.
